WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Our handcrafted terry sets are carefully made and hand-finished in the Netherlands, so please allow 3–6 working days for dispatch. Accessories may ship separately. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace confirmation to follow your package in real time.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
At Ivory&Stitch, we strive for customer satisfaction, even when it comes to returning purchases. Returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return. HOW CAN I PAY WITH A DISCOUNT CODE?

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY TERRY ITEM?
To preserve the softness and structure of your terry set, wash at 30°C on a normal cycle. Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the surface and maintain its rich texture.
Tumble dry on low heat only and avoid overdrying to keep the terry loops soft and full. Iron on low temperature if needed.
Washing and drying inside out helps nourish the fabric and ensures your terry set remains beautiful, plush and refined over time.
